Nano Log, Days 10 and 11

Day 10 - Wrote 1692 words for a total of 15,425. This book is starting to make its themes known and it’s quickly becoming a distillation of a lot of things I explored in short fiction over the past year. I like that. It makes me feel like I’m on the right track for saying what I need to say.

Day 11 - Wrote 2179 words for a total of 17,626. I went to my first write-in this evening and it was both fun and good for my word count. I’m not sure how good it was for the quality of my novel, but getting through the draft is more important than quality right now, anyway.
